Come and join us for a session with Weber's certified chef and get a mouth-watering taste of the season with the 2024 Summer BBQ course.

Weber will be on site with their barbecues and accessories running their acclaimed session with a new season menu.

On the day you'll be learning to cook:

Mediterranean Menu

Sicilian wings with Salmoriglio sauce

Chargrilled monkfish, chorizo, pepper kababs, smoked paprika mayo

Truffle oil and pecorino, truffle chips

Courgette salad with chilli and mint

Rosemary peach and honey tart

Gambas Pil Pil with toasted herby bread

You'll also receive a certificate and Apron! Tickets cost £70.

Maximum 20 participants for this course. Course duration: 3 hours.
